Rob Eber is a business and technology attorney practicing in San Francisco and Silicon Valley for 20 years. He currently practices law in-house at Splunk Inc., a technology company, and was formerly with Advent Software and Morrison & Foerster. Rob has also provided pro bono legal services across the Bay Area, to numerous non-profits and individuals.
Rob’s interest in criminal justice reform was sparked by his many visits to San Quentin to play basketball against the San Quentin Kings (getting roundly beaten), and later participating in a prison business program with Defy Ventures. Rob believes that there is a great opportunity today for Americans to make seismic positive changes in criminal justice.
